Emerging from a hole, the Sledgeworm attacks with its mallet, dealing 3d8 bludgeoning damage on a hit.
Rampage
When reduced to half its hit points, the Sledgeworm goes on a rampage, increasing its attack frequency and charging the battlefield.
Rock Hard
Following a successful Torpid Strike, the Sledgeworm charges up and unleashes a massive area attack, dealing 4d10 bludgeoning damage that cannot be blocked.
Shockwave
The Sledgeworm launches small shockwaves along the ground from a distance, dealing 2d6 force damage to all creatures in a line.
