This mystical seal, marked by a spiraling twin-flame kanji, grants the bearer the essence of Matatabi, the Blue Inferno Cat. It provides immunity to mundane fire and allows the user to unleash a chakra flame lash, dealing 2d6 fire damage in melee or as a 15 ft whip, usable once per short rest. Additionally, when the bearer is enraged or meditating, a minor flame avatar of Matatabi may manifest, enhancing their presence with ghostly blue flames.
