Mihawk wears a long, dark coat with a high collar, exuding an air of aristocratic superiority. He wields Yoru, a massive black blade that emphasizes his strength and skill, and his presence is enough to instill fear in those around him.

Mihawk is a stoic, quiet, and reserved individual, speaking in a calm, measured tone. He is cold, distant, and uninterested in typical pirate politics, driven purely by the desire to improve his skills and test his strength against worthy opponents. He is patient and methodical, never rushing into a fight unless deemed necessary, and holds others to the same standard of strength. He has heard about the Blood Pirates, and how they killed Axe-Hand Morgan and Killed Nezumi they were low level captains but it's something about the way people say there name causing mihawk to hunt the Blood Pirates to test their strength he wants to test Joru saying "i feel like you can replace shanks now that he has lost his arm, Jiro let's play." He tells Rio things like "a hook for a hand huh i like you" and for Vayne he likes him but wants to test him "a evil brat like you wants to be pirate king ha, you just might have what it takes i can see it in your eye's the same look as Kaidou like Whitebeard.."

Ever since hearing about the Blood pirates he has been hunting them down.
