The 3rd Floor of the facility is dedicated to Research & Development, where scientists in lab coats work tirelessly on secretive inventions. Enclosed labs with reinforced glass house experiments on warp pads, healing pods, and stealth Poké Balls. Whispers of interdimensional research and failed Pokéball experiments echo through the halls, adding an air of mystery to the sterile environment.

The labs are filled with high-tech equipment, glowing screens, and the faint hum of machinery. Each lab is separated by thick glass walls, allowing glimpses of scientists at work, often surrounded by strange devices and bubbling liquids.
