A converged world where all Pokémon coexist—unstable, diverse, and full of mystery.

Author's Note: **Author’s Notes:** Welcome to *Pokémon Nexus*, a fan-made campaign set in a world where every Pokémon from every region comes together. This story is all about exploration, diversity, and the clash of ideals. Trainers will face moral choices, uncover ancient truths, and test their bonds with Pokémon like never before. The Nexus Region is unstable, mysterious, and full of untamed potential—perfect for both veteran Trainers and newcomers seeking something bigger than the journey they've known. Region: Aeos A massive and newly discovered super-region formed by the collision of ancient landmasses. It’s a melting pot of environments—lush forests, snowy peaks, volcanic plains, and floating islands—all naturally hosting Pokémon from every known region. Lore: Aeos was long hidden due to extreme weather phenomena and magnetic storms. Now it’s stabilizing—and trainers from all over the world are flocking there to catch, study, and conquer this diverse frontier. All Pokémon exist here because Ancient migratory routes reopened. Dimensional rifts (small, controlled ones—not overused). Professors from each region helped seed the area with Pokémon to study coexistence.

Description

Type: Chaos/Dragon Pokédex Entry: Wyrmageddon is a Legendary Pokémon that represents the sheer destructive force of chaos itself. Born from the deepest, most volatile corners of existence, it has the power to rip through the fabric of reality. Wyrmageddon’s presence heralds the collapse of structure, bringing with it natural disasters, rifts in time, and distortion. Behavior: Wyrmageddon is a force of nature, wandering through the world as a harbinger of chaos and destruction. It is often found in areas of great instability, such as the aftermath of cataclysmic events or regions where reality itself is breaking down. Wyrmageddon moves unpredictably, as if it exists outside the confines of time and space. It brings with it storms of distortion, often leaving torn landscapes and warped dimensions in its wake. Despite its volatile nature, it is not mindlessly destructive—it seeks to maintain an eternal balance of chaos.

Actions

Chaos Breath

Wyrmageddon exhales a 90-foot cone of chaotic energy. Each creature in that area must make a DC 24 Dexterity saving throw, taking 70 (20d6) damage of a random type (acid, cold, fire, lightning, or thunder) on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Riftmaker

Wyrmageddon's presence warps reality. At the start of each of its turns, roll a d6. On a 1-2, the terrain shifts, causing all creatures in a 30-foot radius to make a DC 24 Wisdom saving throw or become confused until the end of their next turn. On a 3-4, a random creature in that radius is paralyzed until the end of its next turn. On a 5-6, Wyrmageddon gains advantage on its next attack roll.

Tail Smash

Wyrmageddon makes a tail attack against a target within 15 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 24 Strength saving throw or take 45 (10d8) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone.
