Once a prisoner in Ionia, Khada Jhin was freed by shadowy elements within the ruling council. A meticulous criminal psychopath, he believes that murder is an art form, using his gun as a paintbrush to create horrifying displays of brutality. He has a history of slaughtering farmsteads and travelers, pursued by Master Kusho, Usan, and Shen. Jhin now works as an assassin for the Navori Brotherhood, blending into crowds with his average appearance while wearing a theater mask and elegant Ionian attire.
