Abyssal Eyes are terrifying deep-sea fish that haunt the waters around the Serpent Isles. Known as 'The All-Seeing Eye', they are feared by sailors and revered in local folklore, believed to be the harbingers of doom or guardians of hidden treasures.

A swallowed creature is blinded and restrained, it takes 21 (6d6) acid damage at the start of each of its turns. The Abyssal Eye can have only one creature swallowed at a time.
Void Gaze
The Abyssal Eye targets one creature it can see within 60 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
