Deep within mountain Toe, a group of six dwarf miners huddle together, whispering about their bizarre sight that the giant rats plaguing their tunnels are actually tiny creatures dressed in suits. They believe these 'tiny rats' are part of a grand conspiracy, possibly orchestrated by the elusive wererats that lurk in the shadows, preying on their fears and spreading confusion. Others believe the these tiny rats in suits are spies, or in fact rule the Sword Coast.
