His introversion makes him seem aloof, but he possesses a sharp mind and an astonishing capacity for concentration when focused on tasks at hand. He is very interested in the events that take place in Neverwinter especially political. He is well informed about the god Tyr knowing his full history and loves to talk about him

Soman Galt was appointed as the mayor of Neverwinter by the current ruler, a position he takes seriously despite feeling like a mere lackey. His introverted nature and strong mental conditioning have shaped him into a person who often appears lost in thought, mumbling to himself as he navigates the complexities of governance. he currently resides and oversees the Halls of Judgment. He does appear to be a very shady person.
