A middle-aged male human rogue with a fat build. He has thinning brown hair, a round face, and small, beady eyes that dart nervously. He dresses in lavish, tailored clothing adorned with gold accents, and often carries a cane to emphasize his status.

Charming and polite on the surface, but underneath lies a cunning and greedy individual. He is a coward at heart, often avoiding confrontation and relying on his wealth to shield him from danger. His pretentiousness and overdramatic behavior make him a figure of both disdain and amusement in Phandalin. Harbin does however like to hose a feast for adventures that accomplish great feats.

Harbin Wester grew up in a wealthy family, learning the art of manipulation and business from a young age. He quickly rose to power in Phandalin, using his wealth to influence local politics and secure his position as mayor. His greed knows no bounds, and he often resorts to underhanded tactics to maintain his wealth and control over the town.
