He wields a black quarterstaff known as a spider staff, which is intricately designed with spider motifs.

Ambitious and cunning, Nezznar is willing to manipulate and betray others to achieve his goals. He is highly intelligent and strategic, often thinking several steps ahead of his adversaries.

Nezznar, known as The Black Spider, has dedicated his life to uncovering the secrets of the Forge of Spells, believing it will grant him unimaginable power. His relentless pursuit of knowledge and dominance has made him a feared leader in the region, causing chaos and strife in Phandalin. He is the boss of Iarno Albrek and King Grol of the Cragmaw Tribe.
