Description
Voaraghamanthar, known as the Black Death, is a legendary black dragon and a master wizard who rules the Mere of Dead Men. He is feared for his cunning and power, collecting magical artifacts from those brave enough to enter his territory. Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If the dragon fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
