The Cloak Tower, once a majestic wizard tower in the River District of Neverwinter, served as the stronghold for the Many-Starred Cloak, a revered order of wizards. This tower was a beacon of magical defense during the mid-to-late 14th century, its spires reaching high into the sky, adorned with celestial motifs and shimmering cloaks that fluttered in the wind, symbolizing protection and wisdom. It was for a time taken over by the Many- Arrows orcs but was retaken by adventures and now sits largely abanonded. Perhaps it can once agian be a wizards tower and benefit Neverwinter.

The tower is a tall, spiraling structure made of dark stone, with intricate carvings of stars and cloaks etched into its surface. Its windows glow with a soft, ethereal light, and the air around it hums with residual magic, hinting at the powerful spells once cast within its walls.
