The Carnath Roadhouse is a fortified compound and supply depot located near the eerie Mere of Dead Men, serving as a crucial waypoint along the High Road. its currently a hub for the Cult of the Dragon, facilitating the transfer of stolen goods to the hidden Castle Naerytar through a secret underground tunnel accessed via a trap door in the strong room.

The roadhouse features sturdy stone walls, a thatched roof, and a watchtower overlooking the surrounding marshlands. Inside, the strong room is heavily secured, with a trap door leading to the dark, damp tunnel below.
