The meaning of this message has been lost to time, leaving only whispers of its significance among the locals.

The shrine is made of rough stone, with moss and lichen growing over it. The rat figure is carved with exaggerated features, its eyes glinting with a hint of mischief, and the cloak appears to flutter in an unseen breeze, giving it an eerie presence.
