Description
Goblin Grotesques are the result of dark rituals and twisted experiments, transforming ordinary goblins into hulking brutes. Driven mad by the transformation, they serve as shock troops and guardians for goblinoids.

The Grotesque vomits a stream of acidic bile in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw, taking 14 (4d6) acid damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
