Also there is lot of room to place own areas or POI's by your self. (Or by Franz ;))
I would turn on "Hide unkonwn enties" in the settings when you start a new game. But of course it's your choice.

Description
Nestled within the rocky embrace of the Heavens Cave, these living quarters are a chaotic yet cozy arrangement of makeshift beds and colorful tapestries. Goblins have adorned the walls with trinkets and baubles, creating a vibrant atmosphere that contrasts with the dark stone surroundings.
Appearance
The cave is illuminated by bioluminescent fungi, casting a soft glow on the rough-hewn walls. Piles of discarded items and treasures are scattered about, while the air is filled with the sounds of chattering goblins and the faint scent of cooking stew.
