Of course the world is not the map of original pathfinder. I wasn't sure if this could be a problem with any rights.
Also there is lot of room to place own areas or POI's by your self. (Or by Franz ;))
I would turn on "Hide unkonwn enties" in the settings when you start a new game. But of course it's your choice.

Appearance
The shop is crammed with an eclectic assortment of goods spilling out onto the sidewalk. Barrels of nails, rolls of fabric, stacks of books, and cages of chirping birds all vie for attention.
