Description

Hydro Slimes are fluid elemental creatures, formed from concentrated water magic that grants them a gelatinous but highly adaptable body. They move effortlessly across wet terrain, dissolving into puddles before reforming elsewhere, allowing them to evade attacks and reposition quickly. Their presence often signals an unstable magical source, as they tend to congregate around lakes, rivers, and enchanted waters, absorbing ambient moisture to grow stronger. Ancient texts suggest Hydro Slimes originate from ley line disturbances, their existence bound to the natural flow of elemental energy. Though mindless, they exhibit curious behavior, occasionally mimicking the movements of creatures nearby. Their ability to shift shape and manipulate water pressure makes them formidable foes, capable of launching waves and trapping enemies in suffocating currents.
