Description
Stormterror, once the noble dragon Dvalin, is now a raging force of destruction, corrupted by Abyssal poison and consumed by betrayal. Believing Mondstadt has forsaken him, he unleashes violent storms upon the land, his wrath fueled by pain and lingering despair.
