Higher Vampires are an ancient and enigmatic race, shrouded in mystery and possessing a distinct culture hidden from mortal eyes. They can perfectly mimic human appearance, evading detection even from specialized tools, and are endowed with exceptional intelligence and unique abilities; while they do not require blood for sustenance, its consumption provides a euphoric experience akin to intoxication.

Quarter-Elf
Quarter-elves, or quadroons, are individuals with a quarter elven heritage, born from a union of a human and a half-elf or two quarter-elves. Despite their mixed lineage, they often face prejudice and persecution, particularly since the 1230s, when societal tensions escalated, leading to their classification as nonhuman by the most rigid of racial purists.

Half-Elf
Half-elves are the offspring of humans and elves, inheriting traits from both lineages while often facing prejudice from both sides. They exhibit a wide range of appearances, from those with striking elven features like large, almond-shaped eyes to others who blend seamlessly into human society, yet all share a sense of being outsiders, navigating the complexities of their dual heritage.

Merpeople are an ancient race of intelligent underwater humanoids found in the Great Sea, featuring a half-human appearance with fins and tails. Males, called mermen, and females, known as mermaids, have flowing celadon-green hair and shimmering scales with magical properties. Often confused with sirens, merpeople are peaceful beings admired for their beauty and grace, inspiring many sailor songs.

Sylvan
Sylvans are rare woodland beings resembling stout men with goat-like features, such as horns, cloven hooves, and a tail. Mischievous by nature, they enjoy tricks, rich foods, and smoking pipes, yet possess surprising strength and agility. Despite appearing lazy, they aid in agriculture and excel in music, especially reed pipes. Familiar with elven defenses, they can learn mental spells, and some can breathe fire in combat.

Succubus/Incubus
Succubi and Incubi are alluring humanoid beings, often mistaken for demons, who seduce mortals through dreams and physical encounters. They thrive on the life force of their partners, drawing energy through intimate connections, which can lead to exhaustion or even death, yet they are not inherently violent, preferring charm and seduction over force.

Naiad

Exclusively female, they embody the spirit of the forest, with naturalized dryads emerging from transformation, while hamadryads form a deep symbiotic bond with a specific tree, enhancing their connection to nature.

They are guardians of joy and innocence, performing small services for those they watch over, especially children, in exchange for respect and offerings of food or discarded tools.
