Cespar Island (also spelled Caspar) is a vast landmass situated off the western coast of Hammerfell, directly south of the island of Herne. Known for its rugged cliffs, arid interior, and scattered Redguard settlements, Cespar has long served as a waypoint for sailors crossing the Abecean Sea. The island is steeped in Redguard culture, with ancient shrines dedicated to Leki and Ruptga dotting its hillsides. Its rocky coves and hidden inlets have made it a haven for both traders and privateers, while the inland regions boast fertile valleys where date palms and desert flowers thrive under the scorching sun.
