Falion is introspective, principled, and compassionate. He is deeply committed to his studies and to protecting Morthal, even if his methods are misunderstood. Falion is also a dedicated mentor to Agni, emphasizing the importance of concentration and discipline in magical practice. While he maintains a reserved demeanor, Falion is willing to assist those in need, offering his expertise in Conjuration and providing services such as curing vampirism.

Falion is a Redguard conjurer and the resident wizard of Morthal. He previously served as the Conjuration master at the College of Winterhold but left due to disagreements with the Arch-Mage and dissatisfaction with the College's direction. Falion claims to have traveled the planes of Oblivion, encountering Daedra and even Dwemer. He moved to Morthal to further his research and to help keep the town safe. Falion is also the guardian of Agni, an orphaned girl whom he is training as his apprentice. Despite his efforts to assist the community, many townspeople are suspicious of him, accusing him of dark practices. However, Jarl Idgrod Ravencrone supports his presence in Morthal.
