Sorine is a former associate of Isran, the leader of the Dawnguard. Their partnership ended on bad terms when Isran dismissed her contributions. She was last reported near a Dwemer ruin in The Reach, attempting to uncover lost schematics. During the quest 'A New Order,' the Dragonborn is tasked with recruiting her back into the Dawnguard. She agrees to return, provided she can retrieve at least one intact dwarven gyro to continue her research.
