In the quest 'Blood on the Ice,' she provides access to Friga's former residence, Hjerim, in hopes of aiding the investigation. Should her surviving daughter, Nilsine, also meet an untimely end, Tova's despair becomes insurmountable, leading her to take her own life, leaving behind a poignant farewell note.
