Beneath the veneer of cruelty, however, is a woman obsessed with quality and perfection—her harshness stems not from malice, but from the belief that mediocrity is an affront to artistry. Though she’s often overshadowed by Taarie’s charm, Endarie is the backbone of Radiant Raiment, and her designs have dressed dignitaries, diplomats, and nobles across Tamriel. She is slow to trust and even slower to praise, but once someone earns her respect—through skill, patronage, or sheer stubbornness—they may find themselves the recipient of rare approval from one of Solitude’s most exacting artisans.

Endarie and her twin sister Taarie came to Solitude from Alinor with ambitions to elevate fashion in a province they saw as tragically lacking in elegance. Together they founded Radiant Raiment, a boutique that quickly gained favor with Solitude’s elite—despite, or perhaps because of, Endarie’s sharp tongue and rigid expectations. A master of her craft, Endarie takes pride in every stitch, and she tolerates no compromises in material, technique, or clientele. While her sister handles the outward charm and social maneuvering, Endarie remains behind the counter or in the workshop, ensuring every piece that leaves her hands is flawless. She views most Nords as uncultured brutes and has little patience for the indecisive or unfashionable. Still, gold speaks loudly, and those who prove themselves valuable—particularly through investment—find that even Endarie’s icy demeanor can thaw ever so slightly.
