Description
An enduring tower of white stone rising from the rocks just offshore. Legend holds it was raised by a priestess of Kynareth to guide her lost lover home from the sea. Sailors leave tokens at its base for safe passage, and once a year, during the Tidewake, a glowing figure is said to appear atop its crown, staring eastward.
