The Elder Scrolls: Tamriel

A high stone outcrop overlooking the pass, this jagged cliff once served as a signal post, marked by an old brazier bowl and faded royal pennants. On clear days, it offers a commanding view across Glenumbra's misty uplands, but during storms, strange lights can be seen circling the cliff. Local legend holds that a Breton scout haunted the spot after vanishing on watch—now known as “the Watcher,” a pale figure seen tracing the edge of the crag before vanishing into the clouds.
