The Elder Scrolls: Tamriel

The East Empire Company Office in Windhelm is located on the city's western docks, nestled between the Clan Shatter-Shield Office and the harbor's edge. This modest, two-room building serves as the regional headquarters for the East Empire Company in Skyrim.​ Upon your initial visit, the office appears neglected and in disrepair. Cobwebs adorn the corners, shelves stand empty, and a pervasive sense of abandonment fills the air. Orthus Endario, the resident Imperial clerk, occupies the space, striving to maintain operations despite the company's struggles with pirate attacks and local competition.
