You shout with the force of clarity and calm, dispelling turbulent skies and choking fog. When you use this shout, one of the following effects occurs within a 120-foot radius centered on you: dispels all non-magical weather effects (fog, rain, snow, smoke, ash clouds, etc.); dispels magical fog, storm, or weather spells of 4th level or lower as if casting dispel magic at 4th level; clears visual obstructions such as wall of fog or illusory terrain in the affected area; creatures heavily obscured by fog, smoke, or mist are no longer obscured if within range. The air booms as if thunder cracked from your lungs, and the terrain briefly shudders. This shout is considered a sonic burst—audible up to 300 feet away. However, it does not affect magical effects above 4th level unless you succeed on a spellcasting ability check (DC = 10 + spell level) and has no effect indoors, underground, or in magically sealed planes.
