The Elder Scrolls: Tamriel

You shout a forceful word of power that strikes the weapon from your enemy’s grasp. Choose one creature within 30 feet that is holding a weapon or wielded object. That creature must make a Strength saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is disarmed, and the weapon or item it’s holding is flung 10 feet away in a random direction. If the item is magical or the creature is gripping it with both hands, it makes the save with advantage. On a success, nothing happens, but if the creature is concentrating on a spell and holding a focus, it must make a Constitution saving throw to maintain concentration, as if damaged.
