You unleash a cone of freezing wind and rime, forcing creatures in a 30-foot cone to make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, they take 6d6 cold damage and are slowed until the end of their next turn, suffering halved movement speed, unable to take reactions, and limited to either an action or a bonus action. On a successful save, they take half damage and suffer no slowing effect. The area becomes difficult terrain for non-magical creatures until the end of your next turn.
