You unleash a word of freezing death, encasing a target in solid ice. Choose one creature within 60 feet that can hear you. The target must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, it is frozen solid, becoming restrained and incapacitated. While frozen, the creature is considered paralyzed for all mechanical purposes. At the end of each of its turns, it may attempt another Constitution save to break free. If the creature takes fire damage, it rolls the save immediately with advantage. If the target succeeds the initial save, it takes 3d6 cold damage and its speed is halved until the end of its next turn. At higher levels, you may target additional creatures.
