Burning Wings

Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 3) fire damage. The target must succeed on a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw or catch fire, taking 3 (1d6) fire damage at the start of each of its turns. A creature can end this damage by using its action to make a DC 10 Dexterity check to extinguish the flames.

Soothing Presence (Recharge 5-6)

Flamura emits a calming aura. Each creature of its choice within 30 feet must succeed on a DC 12 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed for 1 minute. While charmed, the creature cannot take hostile actions. The effect ends if the Flamura or its allies attack the charmed creature.
