Orgamarino lets out a haunting call. Each creature within 120 feet that can hear it must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, a creature takes 22 (4d10) psychic damage and is frightened for 1 minute. On a success, it takes half damage and isn't frightened. A frightened creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
