Ash Cloud
As a bonus action, Tephron creates a 20-foot radius cloud of blinding ash centered on itself. The area is heavily obscured and lasts for 1 minute or until dispersed by a strong wind.
Beak
Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d10 + 4) piercing damage plus 5 (1d10) fire damage.
Form Shift
If Tephron experiences prolonged peace or a wave of tranquility, it can use its action to transform back into its Pure Forme, changing its stats accordingly.
Multiattack
Tephron makes two attacks: one with its Beak and one with its Talons.
Talons
Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) slashing damage.
Volcanic Breath (Recharge 5-6)
Tephron exhales fire and ash in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 31 (7d8) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The ground in the area becomes difficult terrain covered in ash.
