Galactortle releases a wave of psychic energy from its shell. Each creature within 20 feet must make a DC 16 Intelligence saving throw, taking 22 (4d10) psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Shell Defense

The Galactortle withdraws into its shell, gaining a +4 bonus to AC and advantage on Strength and Constitution saving throws. While in its shell, it is prone, its speed is 0, has disadvantage on Dexterity saving throws, can't take reactions, and can only use a bonus action to emerge.
