The Exvil makes two attacks with its Toxic Tentacles.

Toxic Tentacles

Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 10 ft., one creature. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) bludgeoning damage plus 10 (3d6) poison damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or be paralyzed for 1 minute by the suction cup toxin. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Venomous Mucus (Passive Aura)

Creatures starting their turn within 5 feet of the Exvil must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned until the start of their next turn.
