Allister Rigby was embraced during the Black Death, a time of chaos and despair. His madness, however, has turned him into a figure dread. The Prince, recognizing the danger of his powerful age, granted him his own domain where the rules of the Kindred society do not apply, as long as the Masquerade remains intact. Allister spends his nights indulging in bizarre and often sadistic entertainments, often wearing a fake twiddly moustache as a symbol of his eccentricity.
