A rugged male Gangrel with a weathered face and a scruffy beard, Bix Diddly has a muscular build despite having only one arm. He wears a tattered leather jacket and camo cargo pants, and his piercing green eyes seem to hold a wealth of experience and hate. His remaining arm is heavily tattooed, telling the story of his past battles and victories. He often sports confederate soldiers cap that adds to his crass presence.

Bix Favors intimidation over persuasion, often using nasty humor and his intense psychopathic glare to terrify his opponents. He is fiercely loyal to his followers and believes in the strength of the Anarch movement. However, his ambition can lead him to be ruthless when necessary, and he is not above using manipulation to achieve his goals. He has a deep-seated disdain for authority and is always looking for ways to undermine those in power even within his own sect. His pride in the confederate era and blatant racism often create a rift within the anarchs and make him a feared but unlikeable character.

Once a Confederate soldier, Bix Diddly fought bravely in the Civil War, but after his embrace into the Gangrel clan, he became a nomad, wandering the desolate landscapes of the American Southwest. With one arm lost in battle, he adapted and became a feared figure among the Anarchs, using his cunning and guile to rally malcontents and troublemakers to his cause. Despite his silly name, he commands respect and loyalty, believing that age and experience grant him the right to lead the movement. His ambitions have drawn the ire of Baron Sterling, who seeks to undermine Bix's influence and remove him from power without a direct confrontation.
