Visha is compassionate yet eerie, often smiling in the face of despair. Visha wanders the flooded lower tunnels of The Filth Cisterns, healing the sick and afflicted. However, her healing comes at a cost, leaving her patients with strange mutations—gills, bioluminescent skin, and extra eyes. She believes these changes are the will of 'The Deep Voice,' a god she claims to hear only when submerged in water. Despite her unsettling gifts, she is beloved by the wretched and feared by the healthy, as her presence is a reminder of the price of survival in a grim world.
