Her long blonde hair is usually tied back in a practical braid, and her piercing blue eyes are always focused on the task at hand. She dresses in simple, functional clothes, often covered in the scent of soap and freshly cleaned linens.

Gerta is pragmatic, hardworking, and proud of her ability to keep the castle’s linens spotless and in perfect condition. Gerta grew up in the rugged mountains of Skyrim, where she learned the value of hard work from a young age. After moving to Cyrodiil in search of more stable work, she found employment at Castle Valga and quickly rose through the ranks to become the Laundry Mistress. Over the years, Gerta has earned the respect of her peers through her tireless dedication and attention to detail.
