Arrogant and condescending, Seluvis often looks down on others, especially the Tarnished. He is cunning and resourceful, willing to use others to achieve his goals, and possesses a deep-seated ambition for power and control.
backstory
Once a respected member of the Carian Royal Family's court, Seluvis turned to dark sorcery and manipulation, seeking power through the creation of puppets. His relationships with Gideon Ofnir and Sellen have shaped his path, leading him to reside in the Three Sisters, where he conducts his experiments. He is in the service of Ranni however he also secretly plots against her. He seeks a method that he can use to transform her into his finest of puppets.
