Description
Long golden horn of the Oracle Envoys. Profoundly weighty, its blows are sure to be felt. Originally an instrument, but one that cannot be sounded by a mere human. Or perhaps it is too early to sound the call. Bubble Shower: Blow on the horn to release a spume of magic bubbles. The bubbles float gently before raining down in a cone of 15 feet. Target makes a Dexterity saving throw, on fail target take 12d4 damage.
