Appearance
The Wandering Noble resembles a once-regal figure, their tattered garments hanging loosely from a gaunt frame. Their hollow eyes glimmer with a faint light, and their skin is pale and stretched over bones, giving them an unsettling appearance. A crown of wilted flowers rests atop their head, signifying a lost glory.

The Wandering Noble lets out a sorrowful wail. Each creature within 30 feet that can hear it must succeed on a DC 10 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the end of its next turn.
Shambling Touch
The Wandering Noble reaches out to touch a creature within reach. The target must succeed on a DC 10 Constitution saving throw or take 1d4 necrotic damage.
