Chant of Lamentation
The Chanting Winged Dame sings a haunting melody that can charm all creatures within a 30-foot radius. Each creature must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be charmed for 1 minute. A charmed target is incapacitated and takes 3d6 psychic damage if it takes damage from the dame or its allies.
Poisonous Dust Flap
As an action, the Chanting Winged Dame flaps her wings, releasing a cloud of poisonous dust in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 3d8 poison damage and is poisoned for 1 minute. On a successful save, the creature takes half damage and is not poisoned.
