The Prince of Death appears as a towering, rotting figure, its flesh in a perpetual state of decay. Golden hair hangs matted and filthy, cascading like a waterfall of death. The remnants of godhood are visible in its regal stature, but it is marred by the grotesque features of its transformation into an aberration. Deathroot, a dark and twisted vegetation, erupts from its form, intertwining with its body and spilling forth into the surroundings, leaving a trail of corruption and despair.
Call of Death
All creatures of the undead type within 30 feet of the Prince of Death can use a reaction to add 1d8 to their damage rolls until the end of their next turn.
Deathroot Tendril
The Prince of Death lashes out with a tendril of deathroot, making a melee attack against a target within 10 feet. On a hit, the target takes 3d10 necrotic damage and must succeed on a DC 17 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned until the end of their next turn.
Soul Rend
The Prince of Death targets one creature it can see within 60 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or take 4d10 necrotic damage and have disadvantage on the next attack roll it makes before the end of its next turn.
