Description

The God-Devouring Serpent is an ancient and terrifying creature, a massive snake that bears the sinister shadow of a Demigod, Praetor Rykard, who once fed himself to it in his fall to Blasphemy. When seemingly defeated, this serpent reveals a grotesque transformation, showcasing the visage of Rykard on its underside and an unsettling pair of arms that extricates a bronze sword from its own maw—an artifact that drips with the blood and gore of the champions the serpent has consumed. He offers a chilling invitation to those who encounter it, urging them to join its feast, willingly or not.

Devour

The serpent attempts to engulf a target within its maw. The target must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, taking 4d10 piercing damage on a failure and becoming grappled.

Gore Blade Strike

The serpent slashes with the bronze sword, making a melee weapon attack. On a hit, the target takes 3d12 slashing damage and must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute.

Invitation to Feast

The serpent offers the surrounding creatures a sinister choice to join it willingly. Any creature that hears the serpent must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed for 1 minute, feeling compelled to approach the serpent. "Join the Serpent King as family, togetha we will devour the very gods."
