Description

Magma Wyrm Makar is a fearsome draconic being that embodies the wrath of the earth's molten depths. Once a human hero who succumbed to the allure of Dragon Communion, Makar now crawls the land as a flightless, twisted imitation of a true dragon. In battle, it wields a colossal greatsword resembling the jawbone of a fearsome dragon, and is capable of unleashing torrents of searing magma to incinerate its foes. Despite its cursed form, the magma wyrm retains a ferocious primal intelligence and unyielding strength, making it a formidable opponent in any confrontation.

Greatsword Slam

Makar makes a melee attack with its greatsword. On a hit, the target takes 35 (6d10) slashing damage and must succeed on a DC 20 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

Magma Coating

In its second phase, Makar coats its greatsword with magma, adding an additional 10 (3d6) fire damage to its melee attacks for the next three rounds.

Magma Spit

Makar exhales a burst of scorching magma in a 60-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 22 Dexterity saving throw, taking 66 (12d10) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
