Description

Borealis the Freezing Mist is a fearsome ice dragon that once ruled the frigid heights of the Mountaintops, now forced into hiding by the relentless Fire Giants. This majestic beast emerges from the depths of a thick, swirling white fog that blankets the frozen lake, its scales glistening like icicles in the pale light. With a chilling presence that sends shivers down the spine, Borealis breathes out clouds of icy vapor capable of inflicting painful Frostbite upon those who dare approach. Every thunderous stomp it makes causes smaller clouds of frost to erupt around it, demonstrating the primal power this ancient creature wields over the biting cold.

Frost Breath

Borealis exhales a chilling blast of icy mist in a 90-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 24 Constitution saving throw, taking 60 (10d10) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Creatures affected by Frost Breath also suffer from Frostbite, taking an additional 10 (3d6) cold damage at the start of their turn for 1 minute unless they succeed on a Constitution saving throw at the end of each of their turns.

Frost Stomp

Borealis stomps the ground, causing a shockwave of freezing air in a 20-foot radius around itself. Each creature within that area must succeed on a DC 22 Dexterity saving throw or take 36 (8d8) cold damage, and be knocked prone.
